Erick Lynch is a veteran tattoo artist and co-founder of Redemption Tattoo in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Tattooing professionally since 1994, Lynch has built a distinguished career spanning more than three decades. He is renowned for his bold, custom work that masterfully blends traditional American tattooing with Japanese-influenced large-scale designs.

Beginning his journey in New Hampshire, he relocated to the Boston area in 2002 to co-found Redemption Tattoo with partner Mike Shea.

Lynch’s philosophy is refreshingly direct: “I make tattoos that look like tattoos—for people who want tattoos that look like tattoos.”
